Video consultations

If you were asked you to attend video consultation:

1. Make sure you have a lot of battery (might drain 20% in 10 minutes in some cases)
2. Avoid simultaneous streaming on the network as that uses up your broadband width (e.g. someone else in the home watching Netflix while you are teleconferencing).
3. Ensure you are clearly visible with light from the front (ideally daylight)

About your data: All data is encrypted, patient sessions are anonymous (we don’t know who you are) and no patient info is stored persistently.
