Dear Patients,
if you tested +ve on PCR Covid test and we got the result, we will inform you via a text message. It is difficult to provide standard advice here as Public Health guidance changes frequently. However, remember to:
- Self-isolate and check for how long you need to here (click)
- Tell your family to check Public Health advise for close contacts – see details here (click)
- Call us if we became unwell, especially if you have progressive shortness of breath
- You will not need a Covid booster vaccine in the next 3 months
- If you are pregnant – contact your maternity team as some pregnant patients require medication and follow up if diagnosed with Covid. That will be explained by the obstetrician.
